Our terms are designed for transparency, to protect our factory, company, and workshop customers, and to simplify procurement:

• B2B payment policy: To offer the best wholesale prices on large industrial orders, we use bank transfers and InstaPay to avoid extra fees. Card payments remain available for faster and retail orders.
• Live inventory accuracy: Yuan runs an advanced ERP that links the storefront to warehouses in real time, keeping SKU availability highly accurate.
• Returns and exchanges: All operations follow Egyptian e-commerce and consumer-protection law. Standard products may be returned in original condition. Custom cuts and specially prepared colors follow contractual terms shared before order confirmation.
